Our House IPA celebrates the local legend that is the St Ives Busway Car Trap.
Massively dry hopped with Lemondrop, Bavaria Mandarina, Citra, Mosaic & Motueka hops creating a juicy tropical-citrus fruit bomb. Generous additions of oats and torrified wheat ensure a silky-smooth palate balanced by a mellow bitterness. For every version of our Car Trap Beer we work with UK Breweries that we feel are making exceptional Brews, and this ones is exactly that. Round Corner Brewing in Melton Mowbray are a multi award winning Craft Beer Brewery and this Beer's depth of flavour and juicy drinkability make it the perfect choice for our House IPA!
